REGISTRATION

Before you register, make sure you have made a decision regarding the program you wish to enroll in, the desired length of studies, the choice of accommodation (if you need one), the medical insurance and the airport pick-up.

Once you know, you have 2 options:

1) you can register online;
2) you can register by fax or mail.

1) Register online:

Registering online is easy and only takes a few minutes.
Click on the box “register online”, fill out the registration form, choose the mode of payment of the fees (online on our secured transactional website, by phone, bank transfer or money order, or directly in cash or credit card at the school upon arrival if it is a late registration or if someone in Montreal is in charge of your registration).


You can then submit the completed registration form.

2) Register by fax or mail: click on images
If you prefer, you can also register the more traditional way.
Print out the registration form and fill it out, indicate the chosen mode of payment at the very end of the form. If you choose to pay by credit card, please write down the credit card number and the expiracy date. The credit card will be charged by our staff directly at the school through our bank machine.

Fax us the completed registration form at (514) 509-1622 or scan it and send it by mail.


Once we have received your registration form, we will send you a detailed invoice. We will then issue your letter of acceptance upon reception of all tuition and registration fees.

Usually, for independent (i.e. no agency involved in your recruitment) or short term registrations, it is recommended that you pay your fees upfront when you register. It avoids delays and allows us to pre-book a place for you in one of our classrooms.

Please note that if you wish to pay by bank transfer, certified cheque or money order, you can write it in the “special comments” box or let us know afterwards by e-mail. In that case you do not need to complete your payment online directly after filling out the registration form.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, certified cheque or money order, make sure to have all the correct information concerning the school (i.e. full name and address, etc...) and concerning the bank. Our detailed bank information is written at the end of the registration form. Once the transfer is done, kindly send us (by fax or e-mail) a proof of the transfer. That way, it will be easier for us to identify the provenance of the funds when we receive them.
