REFUND POLICY

It is important that you read and understand the refund policy of the school. Please note that the registration fee is not refundable in any case.

Tuition refund policy:

  1. Visa Refusal: in the case of a visa refusal, you are entitled to a full refund of the paid fees (except for the registration fee). You must provide M.I.I.L.A. with the letter from the Canadian Embassy stating that your visa was denied.
  2. Once you receive a visa and up to a day before you start the courses: in the case you are issued a visa to come study in Canada and decide not to attend the program any longer, you must provide M.I.I.L.A. with a written letter stating the reasons for withdrawing. All paid fees (except the registration fee, the placement fee, and an administrative fee of CAD$200) will be refunded.
  3. After you have started your courses: you must provide M.I.I.L.A. with a written letter stating the reasons for withdrawing. The first 4 weeks of tuition are not refundable. You must notify M.I.I.L.A. at least 2 weeks in advance if you wish to withdraw from your classes. If you do not notify M.I.I.L.A. within the first 2 weeks of a study period, the next period will not be entitled to any refund. However, if the refund request is made according to the refund policy, regardless of the length of the study period you had initially registered for, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of the remaining portion of paid tuition.
